Getting back on track can be tough stuff.
Here are some paraphrased tips I recently read from Darius Foroux to get back on your A game:
1. Don’t Resist: Swimming upstream is really tough. Maybe even futile. Darius’ first tip essentially acknowledges that being in a rut sucks. Feeling extra down & out about not being able to shake loose is a waste of energy. You’ll bounce back but in the meantime don’t beat yourself up.
